
The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
The Council will consider for approval liquor licenses for Al’s Corner Oil and Apres Bar, and a fencing permit for 301 Ordway Street. They will also consider for approval a resolution adopting the multi-jurisdictional hazard mitigation plan, hold a public hearing on the proposed sale of City owned real estate and consider for approval a resolution to sell City interest in real estate.
The Council will then hear about goats in City limits, a complaint on turkey vultures, and hear about a dead ash tree. They will hear a departmental report from the street department, and will hear about the aquatic center, Mitchell Park project and garage sales and citywide clean-up in the City Hall report. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers in City Hall at 6:30pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting later in the week.
