After last nights cancelation of Wildcat baseball versus Lenox, the Wildcats can now prepare for doubleheader baseball and softball action against the Des Moines Christian Lions. The Wildcat teams will travel to Urbandale, as the Wildcat baseball team looks at an uphill battle against the Lions but the Wildcat softball team has the statistical advantage.

The Wildcat softball team and the Lions have not faced off since last year, but the Wildcats came out of that battle victorious 5-1. The Wildcats hope to repeat history and bounce back from a two game losing streak as the Wildcats fell to Woodward-Granger and Southeast Valley. The Lions are also in a going through a losing streak, as they fell to Panorama, Interstate 35, and Collins-Maxwell.

Double header action against the West Central Valley Wildcats and the Des Moines Christian Lions begins at 5PM in Urbandale.
