Law enforcement and first responders are on scene of an apparent two vehicle crash early Friday afternoon on Iowa Highway 169, north of the City of Adel.

A semi-truck and a United Parcel Service truck were in a ditch of the southbound lane on Highway 169. The UPS Truck was standing right side up with the frontend of the vehicle dented, and a semi-tractor and trailer were on the roofs of the vehicles. The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, Dallas County Emergency Medical Services Department, and the Adel Fire Department are currently on the scene. No other information is known at this time.
