Breanna Erdman of Van Meter was traveling in the 36000 block of R Ave., when she lost control and entered the east ditch rolling at least once. Erdman was transported to Methodist Hospital. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.

Orwin Aaron Simmons, age 37 of 205 Pine Ave., Woodward was arrested at 1802 Sycamore St., Woodward for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dillion Dunaway of Clive was traveling north in the 12000 block of Houston Ave., when his vehicle went into the ditch while trying to avoid another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Dunaway was taken to the Dallas County Hospital by the Dallas County EMS. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $4000.00.

Gustavo Aldorfo Ruiz Vargas, age 27 of 1421 5th, Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license under suspension.
