Excitement is in the air at West Central Valley as the Wildcat dance team prepares for the State Solo Competition in Des Moines at the Wells Fargo Arena & Hy-Vee Hall on December 4-6th. West Central Valley’s Dance team had three dancers qualify for the Solo Competition, Malia Fuller, Scarlett Putney, and Addisyn Leonard.

Senior Malia Fuller celebrates a career milestone in her dance career as she will be attending the State Solo Competition for the fourth year in a row. Coach Hailey Sawyers praised Fuller’s hard work stating, “she has competed at the State Solo Competition all four years and she has made the top 10 placement all four years. She’s pretty excited to going down their one last time.”

The dance State Solo Competition begins on Wednesday, December 4th and goes until the 6th in Des Moines at the Wells Fargo Arena & Hy-Vee Hall.
