
Wildcat girls wrestling is back in action tonight as the West Central Valley Wildcat girls wrestling team make the journey to Osceola to Clarke High School for the Clarke Community High School Girls Quad. Girls wrestling action at Clarke will begin at 5pm tonight.
The Wildcat girls look to continue to keep the momentum from their meet on Saturday in Clarinda. Wildcat Elizabeth Handy placed first in 110 after defeating Karter Clayton of Creston by fall in 1:21 while Willow Ray also placed first in 130 after defeating Evelyn Faubus of Ballard by a 3-1 decision. The Wildcat girls will compete against wrestlers from seven other schools including Cardinal, Carlilse, Central Decatur, Clarke Community, Dallas Center-Grimes, Knoxville, and Newton. Wrestling action is set to begin tonight at Clarke Community High School at 5pm.
