Larry Price, Des Moines, was driving in the 32000 block of Old Highway 6 when he fell asleep and lost control, going into the ditch and hitting a tree.  He was taken to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage to Mr. Price’s car was estimated at $20000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.  Mr. Price was cited for Failure To Maintain Control.

Dennis Maddison, age 29, 206 N. Sunset Dr, Pleasantville, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Jessie Adams, age 43, 1160 SE Olson Dr, Waukee, was arrested for 8 charges of Contempt – Violation Of No Contact Order.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
