The first week of soccer practice has been completed for Perry.  The Jayettes have spent time outside, inside on Dan Marburger Court, and in the pool at the McCreary Center.  The girls have been busy in this first week under Coach Hernandez.  The week started with warm temperatures and the squad could be outside.  The colder temperatures forced the team to practice inside on Dan Marburger Court.  The Jayettes have even spent some time in the pool to help with active recovery and muscle relaxation.

Perry has another full week of practice next week before their first competition.  The Jayettes are looking to rebound from a 4-14 season.  The girls are looking for their first winning season since 2018.  The first match is at Dewey Field against Des Moines Christian on March 31.
