
On Monday, the Panorama Panthers boys track team had their final track meet of the regular season as the Panthers traveled to ACGC High School for the Merritt-Charger Invitational. The Panthers would find success, scoring 42 points to tie with the Woodward-Granger Hawks in 8th place.
Junior Slyer Shaffer continues to find success this season as Shaffer would earn a gold medal in the 400 meter hurdles placing 1st with a time of 56.49 seconds. In the 800 meter run, senior Noah Poldberg would earn a silver medal placing 2nd with a time of 2:06.8 seconds while the Panther 1600 medley relay team would also find success claiming 3rd with a time of 3:53.27 seconds.
The Panther boys track team are in action tomorrow at Clarinda High School as post season track is here. The Class 2A State Qualifying Meet is set to begin at 4pm tomorrow at Clarinda High School.
