Memorial Day is Monday.

In Guthrie Center, City Hall will be closed, with the City Council meeting being moved to Tuesday. Mary J Barnett Memorial Library will also be closed for the holiday. Guthrie County State Bank, Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Office will also be closed in observance of the holiday.

In Panora, R&S Waste Disposal will not be collecting trash, and collections will be delayed by one day throughout the week, with Friday’s pickups on Saturday. City Hall will also be closed, along with the Panora Public Library and Guthrie County State Bank. The regular City Council meeting will be held Tuesday.

For Stuart, City Hall will be closed in observance of the holiday, along with the post office, and Stuart Public Library. First State Bank and Rolling Hills Bank and Trust will also be closed for Memorial Day.
