Randal Millang, age 60, 605 SE Dolan Dr, Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.

Malik Bates, age 26, 2519 Clarkson, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

Andrew Willson, Des Moines, was driving in the 33000 block of Old Hwy 6 when he hit a deer.  He was checked by EMS, but declined further treatment.  He declined a tow and drove the vehicle home.  Damage was estimated at $1500.

May 29th

A vehicle driven by an unknown person, was found overturned in a ditch in the 12000 block of Linden Road with no one inside. The vehicle, owned by Bradley Davis of Earlham, had an estimated $10000 damage.  The vehicle was towed from the scene and the investigation is ongoing.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
