Nicole Barber, age 43, 438 Pioneer Rd, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

Evan Litt, West Des Moines, was traveling on Ute Ave at Crosscreek Rd, when a vehicle driven by Payton Reyes, Clive entered the intersection causing a collision.  Both drivers were check on the scene by EMS but refused treatment.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene.  Damage to Mr. Litt’s vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Mr. Reyes vehicle was estimated at $20000.  Mr. Reyes was cited for Fail To Yield Upon Left Turn.

Douglas Randolph, Adel, was traveling in the 20000 block of Old Hwy 6 when his motorcycle entered the ditch.  He did not survive his injuries.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
