
Playoff baseball beings on Saturday for the West Central Valley Wildcats who travel to Ogden to face off against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines. WCV enters tonight’s play off battle with a 7-18 record while the Wolverines currently sit at 4-15.
Tyson Partlow currently leads WCV in hits and RBIs this season with 30 hits and 22 RBIs. Partlow also has found success on the mound for WCV leading the team in wins with three and strikeouts with 42. Colton Lindsay and Tryce Dlouhy have also found success in the batters box, tied for second in hits with 23.
Partlow, Lindsay, and Dlouhy look to help the Wildcats advance in play off action but first face off against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines today in round one. Winner advances to round two of the playoffs, with first pitch scheduled for 5pm from Ogden.
