Justin Rodriguez, age 41, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation of Probation.

Aquarius Rankin, age 23, 4225 NW 11th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked.

Jeffrey Hughes, age 42, 15668 Quinlan Ave, Bouton, was arrested for two counts of Domestic Abuse Assault and Criminal Mischief 5th Degree.  He was also cited for Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled or Revoked and Fraudulent Use Of Registration.

Rickey Stevens, Indianola, was driving on I80 near the 111 mile marker, when he had to slow suddenly due to the traffic flow.  When he slowed, he was hit by a vehicle driven by Eugene Libby, Redfield.  Mr. Libby was unable to avoid the collision.  No injuries were reported and Mr. Stevens car had an estimated $2000 damage and was able to be driven away.  Mr. Libby had an estimated $20000 damage and his vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
