Miguel Martinez Nunez, Texas, was driving on I80 near the 106 mile marker, when his front tire blew and he lost control of his semi.  The semi went into the cable barriers and into the median.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to the semi was estimated at $50000.  Damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $10000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
