Nicholas Holt, Ogden, was driving in the 18000 block of Hwy 141 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Trina Six, age 55, 405 4th St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Leave Scene Of Accident.

Chester Moyle, age 66, 1614 Thomas St, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Interference With Official Acts.

Deborah Moyle, age 71, 1614 Thomas St, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Interference With official Acts.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
