The second film in the “Movie in the Park” series will be coming up on Friday with the Adel Parks and Recreation Department.

According to Recreation Supervisor Ramona Dillinger, the organization picked three different parks to show three separate films, as the first one was the movie “Wonka” that was held at Kinnick-Feller Park. She highlights this month’s movie will be “The Wild Robot” at the Island Park Campground in Adel at 8:30pm on Friday. 

Dillinger explains that the Parks and Rec Department will supply the popcorn, but people are responsible for lawn chairs, blankets, and beverages. She illustrates that the final movie of the summer will be shown on August 23rd at Evans Park, which will be “A Minecraft Movie”. Dillinger invites anyone out as the film will be free of charge.
