Late last week the Greene County Rams wrapped up their Summer strength and conditioning program. Caden Duncan, the head football coach at Greene County also leads strength and conditioning for the Rams. He told Raccoon Valley Radio things went pretty well. “We continued the schedule we’ve had the last couple years where we had an early session that was open to anyone, followed by a girls only session, then a boys only session.” The workouts were held three days a week at Greene County High School.

Duncan added participation was good, but he would always welcome more student-athletes to take part. He added, “From a football standpoint, we definitely had a good corps group of guys that were very consistent, so that’s good.”

This is Family Week for Iowa high schools, meaning no student-athletes may use school facilities and no coaching is allowed to take place.
