Senior Noah Kading manned the mound for the Chargers in their 6-4 loss to the Ogden Bulldogs. Kading struck out six batters, and only allowed two walks.

The AC/GC Chargers had a great baseball season this year, and are seeing that success recognized.

The Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association recently released their All-District teams, and three Chargers were selected. For the Central All District First Team, junior Tommy Skram was named as an outfielder, thanks to his team leading batting average and high number of hits and RBIs. For the Central All District Second Team, senior Noah Kading was named as a pitcher with a 3-2 win loss record on the mound, and as the team leader in strike outs for the Chargers. The second player named to the Second Team is 8th Grader Will Skram, who was named as utility for his prowess both in the outfield and at the mound, a high honor for a player so young.
