Guthrie County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach still has three horse clinics left before the Guthrie County Fair.

The clinics are a class to help riders appreciate riding as recreation, learn horsemanship skills, and acquire skills in horse management. They can also learn about genetics, functions of horse tack, riding patterns and how to mount and dismount safely, along with many other topics. The remaining clinics will be held August 6th, 13th and 20th, all beginning at 6pm at the Guthrie County Fairgrounds.
