1:31am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1900 block of 210th Street.

5:52am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 800 block of Percival Street, Grand Junction.

6:42am: A deputy investigated a child neglect complaint in the 900 block of 8th Street, Scranton.

10:45am: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:55am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on V Avenue near 250th Street. Nicholas Pfundheller of Boone was operating a 2022 Dodge Ram and rear ended a county maintainer. The maintainer was being driven by Larry Silbaugh of Jefferson. The maintainer was north bound on V Avenue and was rear-ended by Pfundheller. The estimated damage to the maintainer is 1,500 dollars. The estimated damage to the Dodge is 5,000 dollars. There were no injuries. Pfundheller was cited for failure to stop in a safe and clear distance.

12:06pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 800 block of Percival Street, Rippey.

1:13pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on West Kelly Street, Grand Junction.

2:36pm: a deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 100 block of West 2nd Street, Grand Junction.

8:12pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 400 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
