Tasneem Abdulrahman, age 22, 755 SE Gateway Dr, Grimes, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Using A Juvenile To Commit An Indictable Offense and Theft 4th Degree.

Allen Hoskinson, Dallas Center, was in the 32000 block of 240th St when he slowed for a vehicle turning in front of him.  When he slowed, a vehicle driven by Nicholas Mikesell, Grimes, collided with Mr. Hoskinson’s car.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Hoskinson’s vehicle was estimated at $5000.  Damage to Mr. Mikesell’s vehicle was estimated at $5000.  Mr. Mikesell was cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance and Leave Scene Of Accident.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
