On Thursday, both Panorama Panthers cross country teams traveled to Gowrie for the Southeast Valley Cross Country Meet. Both Panorama teams would find success, as the Panther girls would place fifth out of nine while the boys team would place 10th of out 15 teams.

For the girls, junior Laicey Lutz would lead the charge for the Panthers finishing in 13th place with a time of 23:08.21 while freshman Olivia Beaudet would shine as well finishing in 24th with a time of 24:39.74.

For the boys who have a full cross country team for the first time in years, sophomore Bladyn Wearmouth would finish in 29th with a time of 20:22.71 with Senior Zach Hayden right behind him in 30th place with a time of 20:24.03.

Both Panorama cross country teams return to action on Thursday traveling to Grants Wood Park in Madrid for the Madrid Cross Country meet. The race is set to begin at 5:20 for the girls and 5:40 for the boys.
