The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The Secondary Roads Department will ask the board to approve a resolution for a Living Roadway Trust Fund Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management Grant that is applied to the Iowa Department of Transportation. The board will make a decision to accept the grant agreement and authorize Dallas County Engineer Al Miller to sign the agreements. The roads department will present a Polk County Conservation Brenton Slough Planning letter of support request, and there will also be a road construction update. In addition, there will be a pay application and contingency review for the Secondary Roads Administration addition.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a pay application for the Dallas County Courthouse renovation project and a pay application plus a bid issuance pre-approval of contractors memo for the Evidence Storage Building and Firing Range projects for the Sheriff’s Office and acceptance of the 2026 county holidays. The board will also hold a public hearing for the Pitney Bowes Postage Meter Lease at 9:30am.

The meeting is taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel tomorrow morning at 9am.
