Celebration of Life for Jon Dvorak, 78, of Bagley, will be held at 4:30PM on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Heartland Church of Christ located at 14417 J Ave, Perry, IA. Jon is survived by brothers: David Dvorak (Marilyn) of Caldwell, Idaho; Phillip Dvorak (Ellen) of Perry, Iowa; and Randall Dvorak (Joni) of Bagley, Iowa; sisters: Marla Bates (Kent) of Bagley, Iowa; and Barbara Miller of Anamosa, Colorado; and many nephews, nieces and cousins.
