
The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball Team powered to their 12th victory after beating Carroll on Tuesday.
It was a battle of the Tigers, where ADM traveled to Carroll for their first Raccoon River Conference game, and ADM won in three sets. ADM took the first two sets with scores of 25-15, then won the third set 25-18 to complete the sweep. ADM is now 9-0 versus RRC teams dating back to last season, when the Tigers were on top of the conference at 8-0.
ADM gets back on the winning track after dropping their first two games of the year in their home tournament last Thursday. Carroll is now 3-4 on the season and will play in the Master Blaster Tournament at South Central Calhoun Middle School on Saturday, while ADM is sitting at 12-2 and will return to Adel to face Dallas Center-Grimes tomorrow at 7:15pm.
