Visitation for Cesar Balmore Garcia Rivera, 30, of Perry, will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Perry Chapel, located at 1721 Park Street, Perry, IA 50220. Following the service, Cesar will be transported to his native El Salvador to be laid to rest among family.

He is survived by his parents, Rafael Garcia Alarcon and Rosa Alva Rivera Garcia of El Salvador; and his siblings: Ana Carolina Garcia Rivera (Mario Silva), Salvador Garcia Rivera (Noelia), Manuel Garcia Rivera (Juana), Josue Garcia Rivera, and Marlon Garcia Rivera (Adriana), all of Perry. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Alba Garcia (Josep Garcia), Daniel Garcia, Nakael Garcia, Rafael Garcia, Chanell Garcia, Luna Garcia, Kai Garcia, and many other nieces, nephews, beloved relatives and friends.
