
The #12 Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs football team travel to Marshalltown today to face off against the Bobcats. Both teams come in with similar records, as DCG sits at 4-2 while the Bobcats sit at 3-3.
The Mustangs look to bounce back after a tough loss against the Waterloo West Wahawks last week in Waterloo. DCG’s defense held Waterloo West scoreless in the second half, but costly mistakes on offense gave the Wahawks the 20-14 victory over the Mustangs.
Now quarterback Chase Engel looks to bounce back after giving up three interceptions but threw for 420 yards. The Mustang offense looks to bounce back tonight, as DCG faces off against Marshalltown with kick off scheduled at 7pm. Coverage on KDLS2 begins at 6pm.
