Wildcat cross country made the journey to Saydel High School in Des Moines for the Saydel Invitational.

The Wildcat boys were lead by Carson Tigges who crossed the finish line in 19:41.22 in 46th place. Kiernan Hutton followed in 87th, finishing in 21:58.60 with Connor Coil and Bentley England following in 103 and 104th place. Rhowen Miller and Dallas Morgan representing the Wildcat girls, but looked at tough competition, unable to finish in the top 70.

The Wildcat cross country teams return to action next week on Thursday, traveling to ACGC High School for the Charger Invitational. The girls begin first at 5pm with the boys to follow at 5:30pm.
