
The Panora City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.
The Council will consider for approval a written consent from the Council to discharge a firearm within city limits on AG zoned property for the purpose of hunting Canada geese, and a resolution accepting bids for the Solar PV and battery energy storage system project, along with the direction of the project with regards to funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. They will also consider for approval the replacement of the HVAC system at the Panora Public Library, and obtaining an emergency only credit card for Panora Emergency Medical Services.
The Council will then discuss Title I City Ordinances, II Policy and Administration, III Community Protection, VI Physical Environment of the updated 2025 City Code of Ordinances, along with sidewalk sales in the business district. The meeting will begin at 5:30pm in Council Chambers at Panora City Hall.
