The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Cross Country Teams represented well at the Raccoon River Conference Meet in Bondurant on Monday.
The Tiger girls notched 87 points for 4th place, while the boys scored 66 points for 3rd place, facing off versus Bondurant-Farrar, Winterset, Gilbert, Carlisle, Ballard, Boone, and North Polk. For the girls, ADM sophomore Elliotte Von Roden captured 12th place with a time of 20 minutes and 23 seconds, with junior Allie Eggleston right behind in 13th at 20:25, then senior Ella Popp (21:10) and junior Addy Bjork (21:11) in 19th and 20th respectively.
On the boys side, Tiger senior Ty Landphair marked 5th place overall with a 16:26, with junior Ty Miller in 12th at 16:58, then junior Max Marple in 13th at 17:09, and freshman Andrew Coller in 15th at 17:20. Up next for ADM is the state qualifying meet, but districts won’t be released until tomorrow, and the Tigers will find out where they’re running at.
