6:27am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 225th Street and E Avenue.

8:40am: A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 220th Street near 9th Street, Grand Junction.

9:59am: Melanie Smith 25 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and gathering where controlled substances used.

10:15am: Jared Roberts 54 of Tama was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

3:11pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

3:29pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on N Avenue near 190th Street.

5:53pm: A deputy investigated a mail theft complaint in the 400 block of Harding Street, Churdan.

11:00pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 400 block of 2nd Street, Rippey. Phillip Odin 51 of Rippey was arrested for domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
