The Panora City Council met in regular session Monday night.

The Council approved a request to discharge a firearm within city limits on agriculture-zoned property for the purpose of hunting Canada geese, and a bid from Midwest Solar Installers for the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System project. They also approved to accept staff recommendations and proceed with the proposed scope revision of the Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System project associated with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funding, and to replace the HVAC system at the Panora Public Library.
