A candidate forum is taking place tomorrow night in Grand Junction.

Current Grand Junction City Council member Spencer Kirk says the City Council Candidate Forum Community Q & A is at 7pm at the Grand Junction Community Center. Along with the candidates running for Grand Junction City Council, Jason McDowell, who is the lone candidate running for Grand Junction Mayor, will also be present at the event, and Mandy Krieger will be the moderator. 

Organizers say the rules for the forum will be posted outside the community center on the night of the event. The public can submit their questions in advance to Kirk and if you can’t attend the forum, Kirk says there will be a livestream of it from Sebourn Video and Drone Services. There are six people running for three seats for Grand Junction City Council, and those individuals  include Mason Berry, Zachary Dearborn, Jamie Ramey, Bryce Stevens, Jac Strabley, John L. Thompson.
