The Mary J Barnett Memorial Library is getting ready for their annual Halloween event.

Library Director Jerri Hawkins says that they tried something a little different this year for the Library Boo Bash, and had some of the classes help by making some things to go with the event.

“So we’re planning some kind of activities for the kids to do here in the library. And we’re hoping that the Legos Mania can design a special activity for the kids to do during the Boo Bash.”

Hawkins mentions that they are also having their Creation Corner class work on some things to add to the Boo Bash, which takes place October 30th at 5pm during Guthrie Center’s trick-or-treat hours.
