Carroll High’s last girls’ regular season swim meet is in Perry tomorrow at the McCreary Community Building. Greene County High School freshman Ava Hinote is the lone swimmer from her competing for the Tigers through an athletic sharing agreement.

Hinote and her teammates were in Sioux City last Thursday, losing to Lewis Central of Council Bluffs 70-23 and falling to the Sioux City team 68-25. Hinote was on the third place 400 yard freestyle relay, was fourth individually in the 100 butterfly, and fifth in the 100 breaststroke.

Tomorrow the Tigers swim in Perry vs. the Jayettes and the Algona Bulldogs. That will end the regular season for Carroll, and all that’s left after that is the postseason starting on Nov. 8 with a Regional meet in Ames.
