Worare Ammas, age 40, 1644 Hall Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Reckless Driving.

Oct. 25th

Jeffrey Trester, age 34, 28925 360th St, Booneville, was arrested for Operating while Under The Influence.

Kaleb McCollum, Adel, was driving on R Ave near I80 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $20000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Oct. 26th

Kassidy Goods, age 30, 235 Prairie View Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Possession Of Controlled Substance.

Joshua McCarty, Roberts, Ill, was driving on I80 near the 102 mile marker when he hit a deer.  He also collided with the cable barriers.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $20000.  Damage to the cable barriers was estimated at $12000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Raeanne McConnell, Urbandale, was driving in the 36000 block of I Ave when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7000.  The vehicle was able to be driven away.

Dylan Carnahan, Panora, was driving 11000 block of 240th Street when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
