
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.
The board will review several items under the capital projects, including a construction update on the Courthouse Renovation project, the Secondary Roads Administration addition, and the Sheriff’s Office Evidence Storage and Firing Range. The board will also receive pay applications and contingency reviews for all three projects. In addition, the newly proposed Adel Emergency Medical Services Station will have a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) request for a quote regarding a tentative schedule update and a CMAR Notice of Intent.
Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a Raccoon River Valley Trail Adel Lighted Bridge Span replacement, a resolution for project funding recommendations for the Opioid Settlement Oversight Committee, a resolution for operating transfers, setting time and dates for a public hearing for fiscal year 2026 budget amendment and another public hearing for a Repopulation Master Matrix Construction Permit, and a Drainage District Trustees Meeting.
The supervisors meeting is open to the public and is taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel Tuesday at 9am.
