A prayer service for Brad Podlesak, 45, of Jefferson, will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, November 7, 2025 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home in Jefferson.  Visitation with the family will be from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family.

Brad is survived by his son, Jude Podlesak of Jefferson, IA; parents, John and Sue Podlesak of Jefferson, IA; brother, Nick (Mary) Podlesak of Ankeny, IA; nieces and nephews, John, Sadie, and Layla; other relatives; and many friends.
