As the boys basketball season officially begins on Monday, head coach of the Panorama Panthers boys basketball team Josh Beardsley, explained what the first week of practice will look like for this year’s Panther squad.

“I will be focusing a lot on conditioning, fundamentals and just getting back in the groove of things. Refreshers on drills, teaching freshman incomers drills, just kind of getting everything rolling so that after the first couple days we can actually start making strides forward. Early on it’s just conditioning, a lot of fundamentals, just trying to work into it and get going. Basketball season is very long season so you’re not going to go from 0 to 100 in two days so you got to kind of work through everything and keep improving every single day.”

The Panther boys basketball team meet on Monday for the first practice of the 2025-26 season.
