The boys’ basketball teams from Greene County and Ogden will begin the 2025-26 season tonight in Ogden. The Bulldogs have won recent meetings with the Rams and both teams return a number of players from last season.

Greene County went 4-19 a season ago for head coach Chris Nelson, who along with assistant coach Wade Adcock, return in those roles this season. Senior Broc Stream is the top returning scorer from 2024-25 at 7.3 points per game. Others with significant varsity experience include seniors Adam Bills, Teagan Chisholm, Isaac Karber, Rafe Michaelsen, and Nathan Towers, plus juniors Lincoln Schwander and Zack Stalder.

Ogden returns double digit scorers in junior Braydon Miller (13.7) and senior Jase Coleman (11.8).

Tonight’s girl/boy doubleheader will be broadcast on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyraido.com. A JV boys’ game starts at 5 p.m., followed by the varsity girls’ game, and then the boys’ varsity contest.
