Funeral services for Bill Thorp, 68 of Jefferson, will be held at 10:00am Monday, December 1, 2025 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson, Iowa.  The family will visit with friends from 3:00 – 6:00pm Sunday, November 30, 2025 at Slininger-Schroeder Funeral Home, Jefferson.

Memorials are suggested to the Greene County 4-H Foundation.

Bill is survived by his wife, Brenda; his children: Billy (Sarah) Thorp, Michelle (Matt) Lautner, and Lauri (Trevor) Garms; and his loving dog, Izzy. Proud Grandpa to William, Paul, Matilyn, Michael, Max, Zach, and Abi; his sisters: Barb Murphy and Pat Scott; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many close friends.
