The Perry Bluejays wrestling team dedicate the week to prepare for the biggest meat of the season thus far, the district wrestling meet at Ballard High School. The action is scheduled for Valentines Day, Saturday, February 14th at 10am.

Freshmen Hayden Splendore, Chris Tolle, and Brady Welch look to kick off their high school career on a high note, as all three freshmen enter the district meet with over 20 individual wins. Splendore, leads the charge in the 106 weight class with a 29-6 record. Tolle has notched in 24 wins at 126 pounds and Welch follows with 22 wins in the 120 weight class.

Splendore, Tolle, and Welch look to qualify for state and represent Perry as freshmen but first must find success on Saturday at Ballard High School during the district wrestling meet. The action is set to begin at 10am.
