Ryan Van Gorp, age 39, 5518 145th St, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charges were multiple counts of Falsifying Public Documents, Forgery, Impersonating A Public Official, Tampering With Records, False Reports To Public Safety Entities and False Imprisonment.
Jaymie McKee, age 28, 2116 2nd St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Driving While License Under Suspension.

Matthew Mendenhall, age 39, 101 S. Green St, Madrid, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Feb. 12
Dennis Chinberg, Stuart, was backing our of a parking space at Casey’s in Redfield, when he collided with a car parked at Caseys owned by Sarah Hawbaker of Redfield. Damage to Ms. Hawbaker’s car was estimated at $1,500. Damage to Mr. Chinberg’s vehicle was estimated at $100. Mr. Chinberg was issued a citation for No Insurance. He was also issued a Summons To Appear for Possession Of Controlled Substance. During the investigation of this accident, Glenn Rochholz, age 57, 3005 Onawa Ave, Council Bluffs, was arrested for three counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
Hamam Saad, Waukee, was driving in the 15000 block of N Ave when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $6,000.
Patrick Woodward, Redfield, was driving on Clark Street at Jefferson St, when a vehicle driven by Craig Pote, Redfield, pulled into the intersection and collided with Mr. Woodward’s vehicle. All the passengers in Mr. Woodward’s vehicle were checked by EMS and one person was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries. Damage to the car Mr. Woodward was driving, was estimated at $8,000. Damage to Mr. Pote’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Mr. Pote was issued a citation for Fail To Obey Stop Sign And Yield Right Of Way.

Brian Winters, Bayard, was driving on Hwy 141 near Perry when he slowed to make a turn and was read ended by a car driving by Samantha O’Neill, Scranton. No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Winter’s car was estimated at $2,000. Damage to Ms. O’Neill’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000 and towed from the scene. Ms. O’Neill was issued a citation for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.
Michael Salazar, Grimes, was driving in the 18000 on Hwy 141 when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $4,500. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
Brooke Majerus, age 44, 2630 Iowa St, Davenport, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charges were Possession Of Controlled Substance, Theft 3rd Degree, Possession Of Theft Detection Removal Device and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug.
Abba Sheriff, age 30, 1028 Greenway Ct, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.
