
The Dallas County Board of Supervisors met in regular session on Tuesday.
The Board discussed future space needs for the county attorney and auditor’s office.
Items on the agenda that were approved included a resolution amendment to the Dallas County Federal Functional Classification System, plans for the 288th Trail base stabilization paving and H Avenue bridge replacement projects and setting the bid letting for March 24 and setting a public hearing on March 10 for Highway 6 turn lanes for the Dallas County Sheriff’s evidence storage/firing range project.
The Board heard an update from the Emergency Medical Services Department and held building signage and budget workshops. The Board directed county staff to form a committee to look at building signage and to bring their findings back at a future meeting.
The Board will hold another budget workshop at 9 a.m. tomorrow inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel.
