Panorama senior Morgan Crees was able to conclude her basketball high school career by tallying over 1,000 points.
Crees just wrapped up her final game in a Panther basketball uniform in the Class 2A Regional Semifinal contest this past Friday, February 20th versus Westwood, falling 59-26. Crees finished with 9 points in the game, but those gave her 1,001 official points to stamp her incredible high school basketball career. She shares that hitting that milestone is a cool accomplishment.
“It’s really great to know that I have something that I’ll always remember from the program, and how I got to that milestone throughout my four years. I think it’s just a good feeling to know that you’ll be remembered as someone who scored a lot of points.”
Crees tallied 328 total points in her senior season, as Panorama concluded the year with a 8-15 overall record, but picked up a big regional win in Class 2A, beating AC/GC 58-49 in the first round game on February 17th.
