Becca Anderson

Greene County senior Becca Anderson has been named to the 23 member Iowa Basketball Coaches Association All-State Academic Team. She and other honorees will be introduced to the crowd at the Girls’ State Basketball Tournament in Des Moines today.

A committee from the IBCA made the final selections from 185 nominees across the state. Those honored average more than a 3.7 grade point average on a 4.00 scale, and amassed an ACT score of 26.2 collectively.

Anderson led the Rams in scoring, assists, and several other categories during the 2025-26 season. She is also an All-State softball player, a State track & field participant individually and on relays, in addition to being named to the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference basketball first All-Conference team.
