The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow evening.
The Council will consider for approval a resolution to authorize the use of the Preliminary Official Statement in order to sell the up to $2 million of general obligation bonds that was approved this past February and will look to sell later this month. The Council will also consider for approval a facade grant for the new business, Greene County Mercantile and adding slightly more funds to the facade grant to The Public House.
Additionally, the Council will consider for approval renewing an agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation for maintenance on state highways within city limits, the final pay estimate to Shank Constructors, as well as a resolution for a certificate of completion and release of retainage for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project.
