While the Jayettes soccer program still awaits their first practice of the season on Monday, Perry girls soccer already has a scrimmage on the horizon, traveling to West Central Valley High School on Thursday, March 26th for unofficial scrimmage action.

After falling to Dallas Center-Grimes in the regional semifinals last season, the Jayettes look to keep last year’s momentum on their side as sophomore Addison Perks returns to the pitch. Perks played in all 17 games last season and started in 14 finding success on the attack as Perks lead the Jayettes in goals with nine goals scored.

After finishing last season just under .500 with a 7-8-3 record, the Jayettes have their first practice of the season on Monday, before a quick turn around for scrimmage action against West Central Valley on Thursday.
