The Panora City Council will meet in regular session Monday night.

The meeting will start with a public hearing regarding the fiscal year 2026-27 proposed property tax rate, then move into the regular meeting. They will consider for approval a resolution setting a public hearing for the proposed fiscal year 2026-27 budget, and amending a zoning ordinance regarding light industrial district areas.

The Council will also consider for approval a resolution setting a public hearing regarding a zoning ordinance related to permitted uses by adding a new subsection regarding churches or accessory facilities, and hold a discussion on Clay Street sewer project quotes. The meeting begins at 5:30pm in Panora City Hall Council Chambers. Raccoon Valley Radio will have a recap of tonight’s meeting later this week.
